This seems to match more closely with what is expected of Perl
packages based on how blib is used. Hopefully makes the top-level
source tree less cluttered and things easier-to-find.

This is enabled by default, for now.
Smart HTTP cloning support will be added later, but it will
be optional since it can be highly CPU and memory intensive.

In the future, it should be possible to use this:
git ls-files | UPDATE_COPYRIGHT_HOLDER='all contributors' \

I often forget to pass the correct path to a git directory
or run from inside one. Fortunately git is script-friendly
and allows easily resolving the correct GIT_DIR path.

This makes organization easier and reduces the amount of code
loaded for a PSGI, mod_perl or CGI instance.

There's no need to make a transaction for each message when doing
incremental indexing against a git repository. While we're at it,
simplify the interface for callers, too and do not auto-create
the Xapian database if it was not explicitly enabled.

We need to make the indexer executable and installable
while we're at it.
|

This shall allow us to search for replies/threads more easily.
