坂下です。

2.5.0 から、Feature #13919 で Time#at に :usec や :nsec で指定できるよう
になりましたが、:millisecond という定義はあるのに、これだけ :msec のよう
な省略形が用意されていません。

:millisecond が追加された時点で :msec も使えるようにしておけば良いと思う
のですが、あえてこれだけ用意されていないのは何か理由があるのでしょうか。
