Requiring the use of proprietary software for a COVID test is of
serious concern to the list, but the debate on what is or isn't
fascism and the extent to which democracy exists in the world is too
far out of the scope of this list.

I've allowed all the pending messages on this thread through up to
this point, but could we please refocus onto the *specifically*
software freedom aspects of the issue?
