Nope. While a brain is mandatory.

There are enough vector graphic programs to issue a perfect job.

If possible, share it through static images or a self-host it.

I have the impression that https://piktochart.com/ is SaaSS, and in such
case it might be a bad idea, even if self-hosted.

Don't dive into the web-and-app-for-everything argumentations because
we'll mostly be favoring the enemy [1].
