There has to be a space after "BZ" (or "PR" or "bug") for a reference to a
bug to result in Bugzilla being updated. Since those commits had "BZ# "
instead of "BZ #", it wasn't detected as a bug reference. (See
/sourceware/infra/bin/email-to-bugzilla.)
