[PATCH 07/16] Linux: Consolidate xmknod

[Adhemerval Zanella via Libc-alpha <libc-alpha@sourceware.org>]

The __NR_mknodat syscall is supported on all kernels, so the generic
implementation is used as default.

Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu and i686-linux-gnu.
