We remain in hard ABI freeze.
I expect one last ABI-related patch to land (review complete):

After that patch, please do not change ABI. We should continue
machine testing in earnest and fix any remaining bugs.
I want to look at:
- LD_AUDIT bug fixes.

- Needs reviewer.
- pthread condvar bug fix.
- Needs serious work next week.
I think this locale is ready for release with 2.34:
- C.UTF-8 supported.
- Resolved U+FFFD question for Florian.
