I confirm going through the standard and I see:

cnd_t, cnd_broadcast, cnd_destroy, cnd_init, cnd_signal, cnd_timedwait,
and cnd_wait as the only condvar functions in use.

The rest of the usage requires the mutex support which has already
been reviewed.
