[PATCH v5] autoconf: Test FREAD_READS_DIRECTORIES

Add test for FREAD_READS_DIRECTORIES to detect when fread() reads fopen'ed 
directory.

Umm... technically, you are correct, but because of that libsocket bug, it 
did not work...
