That results in
checking for png.h... yes
checking for png_set_rows in -lpng16... no
$ nm /usr/pkg/lib/libpng16.so | grep png_set_rows

./configure --help says
--with-png Use png (YES/no/*)
What does the '*' stand for?
Is there a difference between YES and yes?
(Some other options have 'yes' instead of 'YES'.)
Does the capitalizing mean it's the default?
If so, do the options without capitalized values have no defualt?
