Hello,

I am new to the sox player. I am currently working over a project that requires dynamically changing the parameters for audio wav file such as speed, volume, fade etc. I tried out the interactive switch but I wasnt able to change the volume as the mixer device node wasnt found in the /dev directory. I am using alsa sound drivers over
Ubuntu. Apart from that there isnt any option for changing the speed or other parameters in the interactive mode.

Looking forward.
