Date: Sat, 09 Jan 2021 04:47:07 +0000 (UTC) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <redmine.journal-89840.20210109044706.48178@ruby-lang.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: redmine.issue-17522.20210109014744.48178@ruby-lang.org
Issue #17522 has been updated by nobu (Nobuyoshi Nakada).
Backport changed from 2.5: UNKNOWN, 2.6: UNKNOWN, 2.7: UNKNOWN, 3.0: UNKNOWN to 2.5: DONTNEED, 2.6: DONTNEED, 2.7: DONTNEED, 3.0: REQUIRED
Thank you, I don't think there is no impact as that macro isn't used except for `sizeof(VALUE)` now.

https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/17522#change-89840
* Author: xtkoba (Tee KOBAYASHI)
* Status: Closed
* Priority: Normal
* ruby -v: ruby 3.0.0p0 (2020-12-25 revision 95aff21468) [x86_64-linux]
* Backport: 2.5: DONTNEED, 2.6: DONTNEED, 2.7: DONTNEED, 3.0: REQUIRED
----------------------------------------
In `include/ruby/internal/stdalign.h`, the line
```
#elif RBIMPL_HAS_ATTRIBUTE(aliged)
```
should be as
```
#elif RBIMPL_HAS_ATTRIBUTE(aligned)
```
The impact of this typo on the real world is unknown.
