The #ip method on Request pulls the last IP out of the list from
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR, however reading here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-Forwarded-For
, and in use at heroku, the actual client IP is the first.
Is this a bug in Rack?
