Format output as JSON and include more information.

=item --pretty

Pretty print JSON output.  If stdout is opened to a tty, C<--pretty>
is enabled by default.

=item --ascii

Escape non-ASCII characters.

=item --url

Show full URL of newsgroup or IMAP folder.
