'$inbox' is more human-readable, so that is for the more
human-readable name in most cases. Making our variable naming
more consistent should make the code easier-to-review and
harder to screw up.

This is the fallback for the normal WWW endpoint.
Adding this to the top-level seems to be alright, since lynx and
w3m both understand nntp://<HOSTNAME>/<Message-ID> anyways.
If newsgroup and inbox names conflict, then consider it the
fault of the original sender.
Since NewsWWW is intended to support buggy linkifiers in mail clients,
they can interpret nntp:// URLs as http://<HOSTNAME>/<Message-ID>
Inbox ordering from the config file is preserved since
commit cfa8ff7c256e20f3240aed5f98d155c019788e3b
("config: each_inbox iteration preserves config order"),
so admins can rely on that to configure how scanning
works.

Using update-copyrights from gnulib
While we're at it, use the SPDX identifier for AGPL-3.0+ to
ease mechanical processing.

Based on reading RFC 3986, it seems '@', ':', '!', '$', '&',
"'", '; '(', ')', '*', '+', ',', ';', '=' are all allowed
in path-absolute where we have the Message-ID.
In any case, it seems '@' is fairly common in path components
nowadays and too common in Message-IDs.

Some browsers do not give any indication of the HTTP error
code on errors, so show the error text to the user like we
do in the top-level WWW module.

Most of its functionality is in the PublicInbox::Inbox class.
While we're at it, we no longer auto-create newsgroup names
based on the inbox name, since newsgroup names probably deserve
some thought when it comes to hierarchy.

Oops, added a test to prevent regressions while we're at it.

A public-inbox is NOT necessarily a mailing list, but it
could serve as an input point for zero, one, or infinite
mailing lists :D

Some linkifiers to create invalid HTTP links when it sees a
link intended for NNTP services. This means we may see links
to news.public-inbox.org/inbox.comp.mail.public-inbox.meta
point to "http://" on port 80 instead of 119. Try to
redirect users to http://public-inbox.org/meta/ in this case.
