lei init [OPTIONS] [PATHNAME]

Initialize local writable storage for L<lei(1)>.  If C<PATHNAME> is
unspecified, the storage is created at C<$XDG_DATA_HOME/lei/store>.
C<leistore.dir> in C<$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/lei/config> records this
location.
