[PATCH] manifest.js.gz: fix per-inbox /$INBOX/manifest.js.gz

/$INBOX/manifest.js.gz should not attempt to match every inbox
in the domain (or every inbox); that is for /manifest.js.gz
(without a /$INBOX prefix).
