How about a stenography/shorthand training project for high
school/college students aiming for careers in journalism, law and
occupations for which stenography/shorthand can be an advantage.

For many years Boston City Council and Cambridge City Council
have failed to make available a Stenographic Record for hard of hearing
folks, for all folks. Boston withholds from hard of hearing folks the
public funded Stenographic Record. Cambridge doesn't have a Stenographic
Record for hard of hearing folks. Better, more up to date technologies
at City Councils can improve communities' civic engagement.
