What's cooking in git.git (Jun 2014, #04; Tue, 17)

Here are the topics that have been cooking.  Commits prefixed with
'-' are only in 'pu' (proposed updates) while commits prefixed with
'+' are in 'next'.

Many topics that have been cooking in 'next' during the previous
cycle, totalling close to 300 individual patches, are in 'master'
now.  We have also accumulated some fixes we need to merge down to
'maint' and cut a v2.0.1 sometime next week.
