Here are the topics that have been cooking.  Commits prefixed with
'-' are only in 'pu' (proposed updates) while commits prefixed with
'+' are in 'next'.

The 'next' branch has been rewound and rebuilt on top of 2.2; I
expect this to be a short and light cycle that would not add too
many new things.
