Between CALLOC_ONE() and MALLOCZ(), I prefer the latter for brevity. But
between that and CALLOC(), I prefer the latter, since "CALLOC()" reminds
me of the zero-initialization of calloc()-proper, and the "Z" in
"MALLOCZ()" feels easy-ish to miss.
