It looks like these are all due to running 'git index-pack' when the '*.idx' file already exists (resulting in Windows being unable to write over the file). Did you want to queue these two topics separately? It looks like you picked them up in 'seen' as one big topic in a8f367dae2 (Merge branch 'tb/pack-revindex-api' into jch, 2021-01-12), but I thought you may want to pick parts one and two up separately to allow them to progress independently of one another.
