Remove them by plumbing "struct config_reader" via the "*data" arg. **RFC NOTE** If we had a way to expose "struct config_reader" to the config callback functions (the 'extra work' in the cover letter), we wouldn't need to also pass it via the "*data" arg. This is more of a hack to avoid doing that work now.
