The log file shows:

   FAIL: test-wctype-h
   ===================
   test-wctype-h.c:55: assertion '!iswcntrl (e)' failed
   FAIL test-wctype-h.exe (exit status: 134)

Let me know if there are more things to check.
This is also reproducible with

  ./gnulib-tool  --create-testdir --single-configure --dir=../testdir1
wctype-h

so easy to re-run as needed.
