Subject: [PATCH v2 18/18] sparse-checkout: provide a new reapply subcommand
Date: Sat, 21 Mar 2020 18:00:09 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <5730f7d250a2025ae62edaf8779ff39bfbaa5ad6.1584813609.git.gitgitgadget@gmail.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <pull.726.v2.git.git.1584813609.gitgitgadget@gmail.com>

From: Elijah Newren <newren@gmail.com>

If commands like merge or rebase materialize files as part of their work,
or a previous sparse-checkout command failed to update individual files
due to dirty changes, users may want a command to simply 'reapply' the
sparsity rules. Provide one.
